Do you enjoy being a part of a bigger community? We do too. Our community of professional coaches at Positive Success Group is active and dynamic. It’s a group of truly talented professionals who understand and value the power of coaching in all its aspects. They come from different backgrounds and have different experiences that make them and their services exceptional and so amazingly unique. We know that every person in the PSG community has wisdom and experience worth sharing.
We are happy to introduce the next Coach of the Month. Being a Featured Coach means that a professional coach can introduce themselves, their work, purpose, approach and a view of coaching and its future. Through the voice of a professional we all have access to even more ideas and shared wisdom. Connect with our Coach of the Month if you are inspired or motivated by their journey.
So who is our Featured Coach in April?
Here is our Coach of the Month – April Coaching Q & A
PSG: Since qualifying, what are the top 3 lessons you have learnt that support your growth as a coach:
Katarzyna
I have a hunger for growth. One of my personal favourite values is the hunger to learn new things and constantly increasing my knowledge. I regularly upgrade my skills and qualifications to make sure I give the best and most up-to-date professional service.
Follow your intuition. Intuition’s most important role is that it helps us to find our life purpose and it directs us to the right people and circumstances that we will find fulfilling. Thanks to listening to my intuition I know in which direction I should go as a coach.
Focus on building relationships. Coaching relationships can vary in duration and complexity, but I always focus on building positive and powerful coaching relationships with my clients. It is extremely important that each customer feels secure in an environment that is filled with trust, respect, a positive approach and enthusiasm towards the coaching process.
PSG: To -date, as a coach, what has brought you the most fulfillment?
Katarzyna
What has brought me most fulfillment is seeing people discovering their own potential, finding their life purpose and achieving their goals – both small and big. It is extremely powerful to see the change and growth in people and being the part of their life journey. Also, my favourite task that gives me a lot of satisfaction is to evaluate the client’s own success and achievements, and appreciate the perseverance in action that leads them to success.
PSG: What do you foresee as the main reasons for clients to look for coaching in 2015?
Katarzyna
Based on my coaching working experience so far in 2015, I have noticed that people want to feel happier and fulfilled personally and professionally. So I think that most of my coaching will be focused on helping clients find their life purposes and passions as it will help them to live happily and be fulfilled. Also, people are looking to develop skills such as entrepreneurship, empathy and leadership so this presents an exciting opportunity to support people to transform their lives and their work.
